oracle 12c sqlldr error in windows oranfsodm12.dll missing

We Installed oracle 12c client in windows 12 R2.

sqlplus is wokring fine but sqlldr is failing with error  "oranfsodm12.dll is missing from your computer".

Solution:

Make a copy of the oraodm12.dll in the bin directory and rename it to oranfsodm12.dll.
